IED Tesla EYE Concept = Awesome!

When it comes to concept cars, most of them look weird, feel weird and certainly do not look like they are going to come to fruit but the brand new IED Tesla EYE Concept is actually one car that I think is going to go through. This particular car – while different, is certainly a car that I am looking forward to seeing pushed through for production.

The cool thing about the IED Tesla EYE Concept is the fact that it is actually an all electric car, which is something that a lot of companies are focusing on right now. Another thing that is cool is that this car was actually created by IED students – which is another benefit of it, as these students are brilliant.

You want a car that is going to last? The IED Tesla EYE Concept is it. Seriously.

VW Has Done It Again With The Volkswagen CrossPolo!

If you have been reading this blog for a long time, you know that I am a huge, huge, huge fan of VW. I just think that the brand is beautiful and that overall, it is one of those automakers that I could just see myself getting into. Well, for those of you that are looking for a little more room than the bug or Jetta has to offer, the Volkswagen CrossPolo is definitely one option for you.

The brand new Volkswagen CrossPolo is actually one of the newest members of the family and I can tell you for sure that the beauty of the Volkswagen CrossPolo is incredible. You want beauty, you want style? It is all wrapped up in the Volkswagen CrossPolo!

2011 BMW 3-Series Coupe and Convertible — Beautiful!

In this blog – we are constantly exploring everything that is difficult and strange and it has to be said that BMW is doing some things that I would not have expected to see out of this particular automaker. Visually, these two particular cars done up right by BMW look the same – besides the lack of top but I can tell you for sure that they are different.

Not only are these cars sporty looking, which is different from what BMW is used to doing but they are also switching up their entire body-style. It is longer and a little wider and all around – it looks different.

The engine is always a six-speed manual transmission and I can tell you for sure that when you are driving either one of these cars – you are going to look incredible and feel great. No word on pricing or availability yet but I’ll keep you posted!

Poker celebrity Vanessa Rousso bought herself a new car: a used Lamborghini Gallardo – a yellow one. Bought in November to celebrate a successful year in her young career – Vanessa looks to drive in class through Sin City from now on!

Toyota to Bring Etios Concept to India

The new year promises to be a good one for India, at least in terms of newly unveiled concepts for new production vehicles.

Honda, Suzuki, and Toyota all three have new concepts to unveil at the upcoming auto expo in New Delhi which will occur at the beginning of the new year.

We are going to take a look at Toyota’s entry into the market. They will be bringing in the Etios concept. Specifically, it will be revealed by Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Limited. Two different models will get a debut, a four door and a five door version.

Either way, the Etios is classified as a compact vehicle, the production version of which is set to be available later in 2010.

EV Charging — Will It Get Vandalized?

Now, I have to tell you guys that I am from Detroit. In Detroit, as you probably already know, it is all about the urban neighborhoods and all about people parking on the street for lack of driveways. Well, with the brand new Chevy Volt and the EV charging pads … what about the people that are parking on the streets?

One thing that I think many people are worried about is that there is a lot of crime in places like Detroit and Chicago and if you have a Chevy Volt or any car that needs EV to charge, you might run into a problem of your EV charger getting vandalized.

This is not only a huge concern of mine but of many – many people out there right now. So what’s the solution?

Mercedes-Benz Ranked #1 For Customer Retention & Service!

One thing that I have noticed about the automotive industry is the fact that customer service has gone down immensely. Customer retention has also gone to the dogs lately, however — Mercedes-Benz is one company that is known for not only their customer service but also known for their customer retention. That is why they are ranked #1 by J.D Powers & Associates for customer retention.

Mercedes-Benz is definitely one brand of car that is not only getting better and better every single year but I can certainly tell the difference when I go into a Mercedes-Benz dealer versus going into any other dealership. The customer service is incredible and that alone is powerful.

So if you are looking for a brand new car this season, I highly recommend going into a Mercedes-Benz dealership!

The Sleek, Sexy Corvette Stingray Concept

Oh man. Ohhh man, Corvette Stingrays. Can it ever get any better? Uh, yeah, duh. Of course it can! How? The new Corvette Stingray concept, that’s how. General Motors recently revealed their new concept at the auto show in Chicago. This one is different from most concepts, in that General Motors do not really care a whit about public opinion. The real purpose of the concept is because the car is a character in the blockbuster hit, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Folks who have pay per view channels and haven’t seen the flick yet, it’s available now and I advise you to rent it. This little beauty is featured as Sideswipe, and while everyone knows Bumblee Bee and Optimus Prime steal the show, it’s still worth it to see this baby in action.

Let’s just hope Sideswipe the Stingray makes an appearance in the next Transformers, huh?

China’s Changan Auto Brings out a New Concept

Changan Auto is one of the five top domestic automakers in China. The company recently revealed their Changan e301 crossover concept. The vehicle was developed right in house and has proven to garner a lot of interest in a relatively short amount of time.

As far as its styling goes, the e301 concept takes quite a few cues from various Citroen models. It is classified as a sports utility vehicle, one that has an innovative and even fashionable design — so, clearly, it is being marketed towards younger drivers. It features an asymmetrical deck, a lower air intake like a fang, and split DLO.

It will be powered by a hydrogen fuel sell propulsion system, as well as two types of hybrid powertrains.

The Mazda Furai Concept Makes Me Think Naughty Thoughts

Hot cha cha! Mazda, man. Mazda. Who would have thought Mazda would have come up with a concept that looks so much like sex on wheels. Good sex on wheels, if you will forgive me for TMI.

I mean, sure. Over the years, Mazda has come up with plenty of cars and concepts that I like, that I think are cute or cool or what have you, but the Mazda Furai concept seriously makes me weak in the knees.

This racer, revealed last year in that steel machine of a city, Detroit, is a very racy interpretation of Mazda’s Nagare design, which was understandably award winning.

I don’t even have a lot to say involving specs and all of that, because frankly, I can’t stop drooling over my keyboard. So if you all will excuse me, the Furai and myself need to be alone for a little while…
